    This cone crusher of HP series, combing the technology of single-cylinder cone crusher and PYY cone crusher is of a new type by adopting the advanced and optimized design concept. Owing to the use of better crushing frequency and eccentric distance, the percentage of fine graininess is much higher, and the content rate of the granularity smaller than the discharge opening on closing edge may reach 80%. As a result the handling capacity of following operating procedures is highly improved, and the comprehensive energy consumption lowered.

Due to the successful combination of crushing chamber of higher performance with higher crushing frequency, its handing capacity is greatly improved; and furthermore by using the principle of layered crushing, consequently the shape to the product to be crushed is mostly of cubic structure, which has to a great extent reduced the quantity of the needle-and-flake shaped material.

This machine, adopting the whole hydraulic operation, is easy to operate, and leads to the realization of automation and highly improved reliability and life performance.

1. The producing capacity indicated in the table depends on the feed size, type of crushing chamber, density of material and water content

2.  The minimum discharge opening refers to the minimum discharge opening that can be realized without causing support sleeve to jump. It is related to material, and subject to variation.

3. The producing capacity can be attained only under the condition of open flow, and when compression strength is 140MPa~150MPa, the water content not more than 4%, the oversize and undersize not more or less than 10%, and the load of motor between 85%~90% of full load as well as even feeding.
