   The market of prepared sands by making use of resourceful tailing hand stones, metallic ore is extensively perspective. For the past years, the Company has been devoting efforts to develop the applications of the vertical axis impact crusher, double-chamber rotary crusher, impact fine crusher and conical crusher to incorporate into SANBAO product line. The sand preparation production line the Company designed is applicable for the areas of highly graded highways, buildings, water conservancy cement and mining projects etc.

1.       The quality of the sands prepared can be up to China National Standard GB 14684-2001.

2.       The particle of 0-5 mm finished products may be screened into several sizes

3.       The installation may be classified into stationary and semi-traveling types

4.       Washing process may be classified into dry dust removal type and wet water washing type.

5.       The line installation proper may be configured by consisting of jaw crushers, hydraulic conical crushers double-chamber rotary crushers, or vertical Axis impact crusher, impact fine crushers, circular vibration screens, sand& stone washer, belt conveyor and central control system etc.
