 To satisfy various requirement for processing rocks in terms of different sizes, quality and outputs, this Company can provide technical personnel to the site of the end-users for feasibility verification on the complete crushing& screening production line either newly-built or updated, based on the actual local conditions and the individual size for optimization in order to help obtain the optimum economic results for the investors in a way that the Company undertake the full responsibility on turn-key basis to design process, install& commission the equipment line as well as train operators and maintenance personnel until satisfying the performance targets and the production line.

1.       The quality of the rocks produced on this production line will be up to China National Standard GB 14685-2001.

2. This production line may be incorporated with and preparation equipment, by which the sand maybe processed up to China National Standard GB 14684-2001.

 3. The particle of the finished products may e either mixed or graded into different sizes depending on the customers requirement.

4. The installation will be such that it is either suitable for stationary or semi-traveling or truck loading type.

5. The line installation proper may be configured by consisting of Vibration feeder, 3.3.3.33Jaw crusher, Cone Crusher or Impact Crushers, or Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher, Circular Vibration Screens, Belt conveyors and Central Control system etc.

6. To secure environmental protection, complete set of dust removal system may be incorporated.
